Women in Real Time; the Time is Now!
The Eastern District Women's Ministry Team is pleased to provide an opportunity to meet our new National Director of EFCA Women's Ministries. Every woman is invited to come and spend some time with Jackie to hear her vision of how God can use each one of us to expand His Kingdom. Join with your sisters from other Evangelical Free Churches in times of fellowship, learning and discussion! Our goal is that you will leave encouraged and strengthened in your personal walk with God and develop a new vision of ministry.
We appreciate the women of the EFC of Blairstown and Cornerstone EFC in Annandale for hosting us these weekends. We hope you will be able to attend the entire weekend, but we realize some of you may only be able to attend on Saturday. If you are planning on spending Friday night, we will be happy to provide you with hotel information. Our church hosts have graciously offered to provide a limited number of Friday overnight accommodations in private homes, for those who need them.

Introducing Jackie Redmond EFCA Women's Ministry Director

Jackie Redmond resides in Canon City, Colorado with her husband Bruce. They have been married 37 years and have 4 grown children, all walking with the Lord, and 8 grandchildren. Jackie loved being a pastor's wife for 18 years doing youth ministry and directing women's ministry. Her passion is to see women encouraged and equipped to become disciple makers that reproduce.
The last 10 years she has served alongside her husband directing church planting in the Rocky Mountain District of the EFCA. She is a certified trainer in behavioral assessments for ministry placement which is utilized in coaching.
Jackie has been involved in women's ministry leadership training across denominational lines for 9 years as a trainer for Renada/Sonlife Ministry, a workshop based on the life of Jesus that equips women to have a missional lifestyle and ministry. Her personal core values are Intimacy with God, Centrality of God's Word, Prayerful Dependence, Fruitful Evangelism, Meaningful Relationships and Fun!
There is a great sense of anticipation about her role as the new National Director of Women's Ministry and Jackie believes that the Lord has great plans in store for the women of the EFCA. She is looking forward to new relationships and serving together for Kingdom expansion.

Located just east of Inova Fairfax Hospital, 1 mile inside the Capital Beltway (I-495) at Exit 51, Gallows Road Exit. Go East about 1 mile on Gallows Road. At the traffic light with Hummer Road on the right and Annandale Road on the left, continue straight. At the next light, turn left. The church entrance is about 1/4 mile on the left.
