Our History:
- With little more than faith and a vision, Cornerstone Christian Church in Duncannon, PA, began meeting together in February 2004. The congregation of approximately 50 had no building or furniture of their own, but knew that God would provide. Meeting in a local EMS building, the attendance grew to over 100 in the first year. In October 2004, Cornerstone purchased 35-acres of land that would become their future home. The building, constructed by members of the church, was finished in October 2007 and Cornerstone opened it's doors at their New Bloomfield Road location. Since the beginning, Cornerstone's vision has been to have a building that could double as a community center, allowing the community to come to the church on any day or night of the week and find something to take part in. Following this vision, the church has several ministries that meet on various nights throughout the week, opens their multipurpose room for sports teams to practice, and has a cafe area with free coffee, cable TV and wireless internet. Continuing to grow and reaching an average attendance over 400 each week, Cornerstone began a second service to accommodate members and visitors each Sunday.
Our Congregation:
- The congregation at Cornerstone is made up of regular people impacted by a great God. Cornerstone began with a group of people who desired to love God, love the community, and leave tradition behind. Initially, the congregation was made up of a hand full of families, most serving as worship team members, and some friends they invited to join them. As the church continues to grow, people from all demographics are coming, making up a congregation with one common purpose: to love God with a passion and share His love with compassion to the surrounding community in Perry County and beyond.

- Purpose: The vision of Cornerstone Christian Church is to know Jesus and reach people with his love and grace
- Mission: To spread the hope we have by sharing the truth of Christ and seeing people put their trust in Him. (Mt. 28:19-20)
- Motto: Loving God with a Passion and sharing His love with compassion (Mt. 22:37-39)
