Sonlife Youth Worker Training - $59 per person (includes lunch and Wednesday Conference Fee)
Sonlife Youth Worker Training - three or more from the same church - $49 per person (includes lunch and Wednesday Conference Fee)
Wednesday 1-Day Conference Fee - $30 per person
Thursday 1-Day Conference Fee - $30 per person
Wednesday and Thursday 2-Day Conference Fee - $45 per person

Wednesday Lunch $7.50 per person
Wednesday Dinner $12.50 per person
Thursday Lunch $7.50 per person
Thursday Dinner $12.50 per person

Registration Cancellations/Changes
$20 non-refundable. 48 hours notice requested for cancellations, one week for changes. Special needs? Please send a note with your registration or call before October 8, 2008.
